SWEET TOOTH SATURDAYS- VERY BERRY POPSICLES

Today's recipe is a cool treat that was in my VegNews newsletter. With many cities reaching record temps lately, this should cool you off!
VERY BERRY POPSICLES
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup red raspberries
1/3 cup apple juice or white grape juice
3 tablespoons agave nectar or brown rice syrup- should be able to find in the natural foods section of the grocery store. I will be blogging about sweeteners in the near future.
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add additional sweetener if necessary.
2. Pour mixture into 8 popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours or overnight.
