Hey folks!

Happy Physical Fitness Friday to you!  Today, I wanted to give you some weight training exercises for your arms!  For those of you that already have the weight training game down,  please feel free to leave your suggestions and comments as well!  I'm always open to your feedback and interaction!

The biceps and triceps are two of the main muscles of the arms. Biceps allow the arm to close at the elbow, and the triceps allow the elbow joint to open.

I find it especially easy to work arms even without a gym membership. You can purchase dumbbells for at home use to perform different exercises and many exercises you can do for the upper body using your own body weight such as push-ups and dips!
