Hey folks,

I've been giving a lot of thought lately about how to stay on track with exercise while traveling.  It can be a real challenge to stay on track with exercising while on the road, but it's important to make an effort to do what you can wherever your travels may take you.  I came across the great article below that offers up some great suggestions for us all to use!

  1. What would be really good is a guide for daily and weekly exercise tasks so that you can stick to a regimental plan.
