Happy Physical Fitness Friday Everybody!

I can't BELIEVE it's already October!  This year is flying by!!  Anyhoo, today has been crazy hectic and it got me thinking again about squeezing in workouts when you have a busy day.  One thing that came to mind is jumping rope.  This is a great and easy way to get some quick cardio in when you only have a little bit of time in the morning or evening.  You can buy a jump rope for next to nothing and whip it out whenever you need it.  It is also something you can easily pack in a suitcase for traveling.

It is also said to be a great calorie burner and total body workout.  It helps you develop great footwork and coordination as well as a cardiovascular workout and muscle toning. 

So, when you're short on time or on the go, you can get in a great workout with a jump rope!  There are always solutions to getting your exercise in, no matter your time or equipment.  This is just one of them!
