Happy Physical Fitness Friday!

Well, the holiday season has officially begun!  I'm sure many of you are out there shopping, but I hope you are not getting physical with any of your fellow shoppers.LOL!  I know it can get rough out there.  It's interesting how the biggest shopping day of the year follows the day we all reflect and give thanks, when may people throw all that out the window and lose their minds shopping!!  Let's remember to keep it together folks!  Anyway, I digress...on to today's physical activity.

One great activity that I find lots of fun is ice skating.  During this time of year, most cities set-up outdoor rinks where you can go bring out your inner Nancy Kerrigan or Scott Hamilton..:-)  This is a very fun way to work off some holiday pounds without even realizing it because you have such a great time doing it!  If you're new to skating, a lot of your time may be spent on the ice..literally, or holding on to the side, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite easy.  It's a great place to go with family and friends.  I've been a couple of times in NYC and I LOVE it! 

So, I encourage you to get out there and hit the ice!
