Happy Physical Fitness Friday!

You will have to forgive me for the ultra short post today. I'm having internet issues and blogging from the iPhone is a bit challenging. Anyway, thank goodness I at least have it as a back-up during times like this. Alright enough about my tech issues!

One thing I think is very beneficial in getting on and sticking to an exercise plan is finding a workout buddy. I think it can be so helpful to have someone to be accountable to and to cheer you on to your fitness goals. A very good friend, significant other or someone you meet at the gym or work can be great choices. I know I always seem to push myself harder when I happen to work out with JJ. So if you're just starting an exercise program or stuck in a rut, grab someone and work it out together!
