WHATEVER WEDNESDAYS- PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

I found a wonderful smoothie recipe for the fall that sounds sooo good.  I mentioned in a very recent post how much I love pumpkin and this sounds like a sweet treat to get you through the week!  I found this on chooseveg.com!  Let's check it out!


PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup vegan soymilk
  • small scoop vanilla soy yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • couple of dashes cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • dash allspice
  • 1 tablespoon vegan maple syrup
Blend everything together in a blender. Adjust soy milk/ banana/ yogurt ratio for consistency.
