Welcome to Whatever Wednesday!  Hope your week is moving along nicely! :-)

I know there are many of you out there that read nutrition labels, but do you really understand them?  I usually read nutrition labels for specific information like if the product is vegan or if it contains other ingredients I don't want to consume.  So, I do understand the benefits of knowing certain information provided on these labels.  Whether you are counting calories or monitoring your daily intake of certain vitamins and minerals, below is the link to the FDA's guide to reading nutrition labels.  Unfortunately, they don't give any vegan examples of products, but the information that is beneficial is the same. :-)
