PHYSICAL FITNESS FRIDAYS- MY QUICK GO-TO WORKOUT

Happy Physical Fitness Friday!!

I hope everyone is geared up and ready for a great weekend!  We don't always have time to go to they gym and get a full workout in, but there are some quick moves you can do at home to get that heart pumping.  The following are some things I do for my quick go-to workout:

1) Push-ups
2) Tricep Dips- using a chair
3)Squats- with my dumbbells to provide extra exertion
4) Calf Raises- again with dumbbells in hand
5) Abs- there are a ton of exercises to do to hit up that mid-section.

The above mentioned are just some examples, there are countless others to do at home.  The main idea is to always find ways to get that body moving..even with little time and equipment!
