Hey folks,

I don't have video from Moody yet and I'm out and about, so this sweet offering will be right to the point. As you know I will be embarking on a 21 day challenge starting Monday. No processed foods and 50% raw. So, I will be relying on fruit to satisfy my notorious sweet tooth, which I know is the best for me anyway. One of my favorite fruit combos is strawberries and bananas. I just cut up both and throw them in a bowl and it does the trick. You don't have to worry about the berries being out of season because you can always get the frozen variety and let them thaw out! This of course is just one combo-there are countless others to try. So tame that sweet tooth tonight with some wonderful fruit!
