WHATEVER WEDNESDAYS- 21: A Community Of Fighters (INSTRUCTIONS)

Hey folks,

Welcome to this edition of Whatever Wednesdays!!  I hope that everybody's new year is off to a blazing start! So, I've decided to keep drilling challenges into your head.  Yup, that's right, I'm not going to leave you alone about it!  The following video is yet another challenge in which I'm encouraging you to take part.  My good friend Mike (my first seven day vegan challenge participant) is back and has started a new movement if you will- called 21!  I think what he has here is fantastic and if this doesn't motivate you then I don't know what will! 

When I mentioned yesterday that I would be partaking in a challenge, this is what I was talking about.  I'm going to take the 21 day challenge.  I'm making my final decision on what I'm going to do and will let you know by the end of the week what it is and I will be blogging about my journey here periodically as well as following the instructions detailed on the video. 

Now, of course my absolute dream would be that some of you out there will go beyond doing the seven day vegan challenge and do so for 21 days instead- or even vegetarian to start, so I hope some of you will consider this.  I will be there with you the entire way and provide all the information and inspiration you need! :-)  Anyway, whatever you decide to do, I think this is a great way to start a new year.  Check it out and I (and Mike) hope you will join the community of fighters!  You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to- it's that simple!  So, 21..here we come!
