Welcome to Physical Fitness Friday!  I know I've covered the benefits of rollerblading before and you can check that out here.  However, if you aren't ready to get on the blades, rollerskating is another option.  Many feel more steady on four wheels as opposed to one.  I think this is another fun way to burn some calories.  It's a great activity for couples or groups to hit up a local rink and show your moves and groove to some music while hitting those curves.  As you all know, I'm very big on finding physical activities to do where you don't even know you're working out.  I think this is one that fits the bill, so lace up those skates and show 'em what you got!
