PHYSICAL FITNESS FRIDAYS- PREPARING FOR DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME!

Hey folks,

Happy Physical Fitness Friday!  I hope you're all geared up for the weekend!  We all will be turning our clocks forward on Sunday and I found a great article on how to use the extra hour of daylight to our physical fitness advantage!!  One of the the tips is about grilling and I would encourage you to replace the meat with some colorful veggies instead..:-)  This article offers up some great suggestions and tips for us all to use as we march into spring!
