As we all know there is a huge epidemic we are currently facing with childhood obesity in this country.  It is of utmost important that all of us (whether we have children or not) do our best to educate young people about the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise.  Even if you're not a parent, you can certainly do your part to keep your nieces, nephews and Godchildren active.  So, for those of you that have children or around them regularly and you're looking for ways to keep them moving, check out This site has informational sections for parents, kids and teens.
