I just came from finally seeing Forks Over Knives and it is a MUST see!  I'm not going to get into it now because I will be doing a separate post for that coming up very soon, so stay tuned for that!

I will say that it did get me thinking about taking things to the next level.  It's very challenging for most people to give up a lot of things at once in order to move toward a healthier lifestyle, but it's fine to take steps.  You don't need to beat yourself up and make change overwhelming.  What ONE thing can you change in order to be healthier?  Just one!  I encourage you to think about that and start there.  Once you zero in one that one thing, I ask that you please e-mail me at c_writes@hotmail.com and let me know what it is.  Then, once you've been doing this one thing for a while, I ask that you e-mail me again and let me know how changing that one thing has helped you and if it's prompted you to make other changes.  I would like to post it here in an effort to encourage others to make that one step too!  I look forward to hearing from you!
