WHAT'S MAKING YOU GAIN WEIGHT?

Now, let's get down to the business of today!  I came across a very interesting article the other day that I had to share.  Have you ever felt like you were putting on extra pounds but couldn't understand why?  The following article from Yahoo health discusses "20 Habits That Are Making You Fat"! 

The first five are:

1) Eating "low-fat"

2) Not seeking nutrition advice

3) Sleeping too little or too much

4) Eating Free Restaurant foods

5) Drinking soda "even diet"- I can hear some of you gasping! lol!

  1. Thanks for sharing that, Christa! What an interesting bit of info. I have noticed, personally, that when I drink diet pop, I tend to want to munch on junkfood all day, which goes against the idea of the diet pop. Haha.

    You're welcome..I thought it was great. I don't drink any kind of soda anymore..it's been years..but I can clearly remember when I did so I know exactly what you're talking about!
