Today I'm bringing you another great gift idea! For those fitness buffs out there, Robert Cheeke's latest book, Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness, is a great way to get yourself in gear for the new year! I read this book in advance of interviewing Robert over the summer.  As I stated in my interview with him, you don't need to be interested in becoming a bodybuilder to gain a great deal from this book.  He provides a wealth of other information useful to any vegan.  I found it to be also quite inspiring full of valuable life lessons anybody that anybody could appreciate.
