Just In Case You Need Some Tips Also!

Hey folks!

Hope everyone is getting over the hump! I picked up a mango the other day and I decided to look for a video on how to cut it properly. I've eaten mangoes before, but I have simply butchered them in the past. So, I figured I would find a nice and easy method and share it just in case any of you needed some help also!

Selection: Choose slightly firm mangos with sweet aroma. Avoid sap on skin.

Nutrition tip: In the fruit pulp of the mango, the antioxidant vitamins A and C, Vitamin B6, folate, other B vitamins and essential nutrients, such as potassium, copper and amino acids, are present.
