Shredding it Up!
If you're looking for a great workout DVD, I highly encourage you to check out 30 Day Shred from Jillian Michaels. I just recently received mine and she is not joke. The DVD contains three levels of exercise to get you maximum results. I'm currently on level one and working up the nerve to go to level two!
Having some exercise videos at home is a great way to keep up with your exercise routine. If you find the gym is not your thing or can't get outside to workout due to inclement weather, having videos on hand is always a guarantee! All you need for her workouts is a floor mat, some dumbbells and determination and you're set!
