Berries, Berries and More Berries!

We've made it to the middle, so let's pull ourselves over this hump! :-)

I came across the following list of seven berries we should be eating everyday from Global Healing Center.  The berries listed pack a powerful nutritional punch carrying with them antioxident strength! Berries can be a great topping for oatmeal and enhance any smoothie! So, take a look at the list and add these to your next shopping list!
