All You Need is Thirty or Less!
I was going through my Facebook feed and came across the following link that Kris Carr had posted and I had to share! The link contains recipes to 30 vegan meals you can whip up in 30 minutes or less! With so many people complaining of time crunch in the day, finding delicious meal options to make quickly is definitely the ticket!
I've always heard that you eat with your eyes first and I am over here FULL looking at the pictures of these recipes. I can't decide what I will prepare first! Please note that the Creamed Avocado and Lime Chilled pasta calls for mayonaise so you can use a vegan version for that, I like to use Vegenaise. I don't know why this was included as a vegan recipe, it may just have been an oversight. In any event, just use a vegan substitute and you'll be good to go!
