Detox Tips for the Holidays and Beyond
The holiday season is now in full swing and for some of you that may mean indulging in treats is in full swing also! While it is fine to delight in some seasonal vegan goodies during this time of year, it's important to remember that moderation is key! You don't need to have first, seconds, thirds, fourths and fifths! LOL!
For Thanksgiving I had ONE dinner meal and some dessert. I carefully planned out what I wanted to eat and enjoyed every morsel but didn't feel bloated and lethargic when I was finished. I do understand that sometimes keeping things under control can be challenging, especially during this time of year, so I thought these great detox tips would be helpful in the event you need a back-up plan!
