Healthy Cookie Dough?

I hope you all are having a good week! Mine is going well, busy as ever but I'm not complaining! I realize that I haven't been posting a lot good recipes that I've been seeing lately so I felt it was high time that I get on that! I always get awesome looking meal ideas coming to my inbox from VegNews, but haven't had the time to try ANY of them yet! However, that doesn't mean that I can't share so that perhaps you can try them right? I know I'll get around to them myself at some point also!
As you know while I'm training for this competition, I am keeping the "treats" to a minimum. I've been allowing myself one indulgent meal or treat a week. I'll get more into that in a fitness diary post soon. Anyway, I'm always looking for something to satisfy my notorious sweet tooth when I want something other than fruit. So, when I saw this recipe for Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough, I knew it was one to earmark. I must admit that the ingredients are throwing me off a little bit (it calls for chickpeas), but I'm adventurous and willing to give it a try- are you down to give it a go also?
