My Fitness Diary!
It is an especially happy Friday for me because it's officially my birthday weekend and my mom arrived yesterday and one of my sisters arrives today to help me celebrate! Tomorrow we are headed to Santa Barbara and I look forward to a lovely birthday weekend!
Anyhoo, I have decided to make Fridays once again all about the fitness entries as I did when I first started this blog. Since I've been keeping my fitness diary to track my progress leading up to my fitness competition, I thought it would be best to choose a specific day of the week for my progress reports. So, please know that is where you will find entries on Fridays! I would really love any feedback, questions or comments you may have as always!
