In The Kitchen!

Whew! I blinked and it's almost the end of September. I'm not complaining though because I'm ready for the fall aka bring on the pumpkin everything!  I think I'm going to experiment some more with pumpkin recipes for myself and clients this season.  Speaking of clients, I was busy shopping and cooking for one yesterday and the collage you see pictured is what was on the menu!

Meal #1 : Jambalaya with Veggie Sausage and Brown Rice
Meal #2: Black Bean Soup with Homemade Guacamole
Meal #3: Massaged Kale Salad with Quinoa, Red Onion, Raisins and Pine Nuts
Snack: Seasoned and Roasted Chickpeas
