Your September Workout Playlist!

Hey folks!

Welcome to September! I hope you had an enjoyable holiday weekend! We are inching towards the end of summer, but that is definitely not an excuse to ditch your exercise routine!  Just because you won't be showing off as much skin as we go into fall or winter, it's important to remember that working out is MUCH more than just achieving a desired physical appearance.  It may be an added bonus but shouldn't be your only or main motivation.

Anyhoo,  let me step down off the soapbox and get into today's post which is your workout playlist for the month!  Chris from RunHundred delivered the goods to us nice and early to help us start off the new month right!  Music is always great motivation for me during my workouts, so being able to get some new tunes in my ears is always a plus!  Check out the list below and keep it movin'!
