What's On Your Grocery List?
Hey folks! Hope your week is going splendidly! We are inching into the weekend and I just want to throw you a reminder about thinking about your grocery list for next week!
Yes, I am again stressing the importance of meal planning and prepping! Your diet is the most important component for your overall health AND the catalyst for really seeing the results you are seeking with your workouts.
Exercising and eating mindfully really go hand in hand and that's why I'm always talking about being aware of your food choices. The weekends tend to be the time where we get a little lax with our food choices and oftentimes where you lose all of the discipline you set forth during the week.
Now, I'm not at all suggesting that you deprive yourself of a delectable here and there, but your mindful eating choices should take precedence to make sure you are fueling your body properly to feel AND look good. So, I encourage you to pick a day this weekend to plan and prep for the week ahead! Let's make it happen!
