Refocus in Five!

Well hello! A brand new challenge is on the horizon! Over on Instagram, I did a short video about staying motivated in the midst of these winter months.  I just wanted to provide a little encouraging nudge about sticking to those fitness goals even when the colder temps outside can make it a challenge not to do so. This is usually the time when some of the new year enthusiasm starts to wane and I don't want that to be you!
