Are You Challenging Yourself?

Are you?  I chose this image for this post because this was a moment that I challenged myself.  I had just finished my workout and it was time to stretch out my hips a bit.

I have seen this pose many times before and decided to give it a shot.  I really didn't think I was anywhere near capable of pulling it off yet, but I how would I know if I didn't try?  I definitely surprised myself by getting into this pose and being able to hold it with relative ease.  That's the thing about pushing ourselves, we don't know what we are truly made of until we step out and do the thing we think we may not be able to do.

So my charge to you is to remove the doubt and fear and step into something that challenges you. This is the only way to truly grow and transform whether it be in your exercise routine or in life.  Let's see what you're made of!
