The 12 Days of "Christa" Fitness Challenge!

Hey folks!!

Happy December! The holiday season is in full swing! This tends to be the time of year when it's easy to fall off track with exercise between all of the holiday parties and traveling.  I don't want that to be you, so I designed this challenge in an effort to help you keep the momentum going through the end of the year!

The idea is to be doing a little something each day.  All of the exercises are moves that you are probably familiar with and require no equipment.  All you need is a little bit of time and some open space.  I find that having enough time is among the top reasons why many find it difficult to workout consistently, but this challenge proves that you can do something each day!

I believe that once you commit to moving your body each day, you start finding ways to fit more exercise into your schedule!  So, check the challenge details below and your move for DAY 1!


CHALLENGE DEETS

Each day we will build on the exercises, in the same way the song builds.  You must come back HERE TO THIS POST EACH DAY TO GET THE EXERCISES!

If you're advanced and seeking more of a challenge, perform each exercise for 3 sets, giving yourself a 30-60 second rest in between each set.

THE TWELVE DAYS OF "CHRISTA" 


DAY 1- On the FIRST day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 1 minute of planking!

DAY 2-  On the SECOND day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking!

DAY 3- On the THIRD day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking.

DAY 4- On the FOURTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking.

DAY 5- On the FIFTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking.

DAY 6-  On the SIXTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking.

DAY 7-  On the SEVENTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 7 superwomen, 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking. (Superwoman is the same exercise as superman, but it fit better for the sake of the song-lol)

DAY 8- On the EIGHTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 8 reverse lunges, 7 superwomen, 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking.

DAY 9- On the NINTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 9 weightless squats, 8 reverse lunges, 7 superwomen, 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking. 

DAY 10- On the TENTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 10 leaping skaters, 9 weightless squats, 8 reverse lunges, 7 superwomen, 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking. 

DAY 11-  On the ELEVENTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 11 jump squats, 10 leaping skaters, 9 weightless squats, 8 reverse lunges, 7 superwomen, 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking. 

DAY 12- On the TWELFTH day of "Christa"- her coaching gave to me- 12 jumping jacks, 11 jump squats, 10 leaping skaters, 9 weightless squats, 8 reverse lunges, 7 superwomen, 6 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 4 mountain climbers, 3 plank jacks, 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking.

  1. This is Great!! Will this continue for the entire month repeating exercises after every 12 days?
