It’s time for the 2nd annual 12 Days of “Christa” Fitness Challenge! It can be extra challenging to keep up with your fitness game during the holiday season, so I created this easy and fun challenge in an effort to keep you motivated and moving with an added bonus of a chance to win a prize!
I find oftentimes that people get caught up in thinking that if they don’t have at least an hour or more to spare working out, that it should just be skipped all together and that couldn’t be further from the truth! Sometimes you have to do what you can with the time you have and this challenge was created to provide you with a little bit of movement each day!
