I started blogging about the vegan lifestyle back in 2010 as a way to have a creative outlet for myself and as a tool to educate others about the lifestyle.  For that first year, I vowed to put out content every EVERY SINGLE DAY and as I did, my love for sharing and serving others continued to blossom!

A few years later, I decided I wanted to expand my business to include personal training and became a certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Now, I'm able to combine my passion of educating about plant based living and physical fitness.

I've had the pleasure of writing weekly columns for Thrifty and Green and "Vegiquette"  the now defunct GoodVeg online magazine. I was also a contributing writer for Frugivore online magazine and provided product reviews and a Vegan Fitness Journal for I Eat Grass. I've also had featured pieces or profiles on Spicy Wifey, Our Legaci, JL Goes Vegan, No Animals Harmed, Kwanzaa Culinarians, Brown Vegan, I Eat Grass and Vegan Mainstream.

I'm currently a Connected Beauty Ambassador for Murad, on the personal training team for Handstand, a writing contributor for Media Shower and a mentor for the Vegan Society .  I served as a 2013 Ambassador for Black Fitness Today, a 2012 member of the VegNews Street Team and a panelist at the 2011 Vida Vegan Con, the first annual vegan bloggers conference.  In addition to my private personal training sessions, I have had the pleasure of teaching group classes at the Department of Children and Family Services in Los Angeles as part of their health and wellness initiative.  I also received a certification of completion for a Pre/Post Natal Fitness course to expand my knowledge in training expecting and new moms.

In May of 2014, I fulfilled a long time goal of becoming a fitness competitor and competed in an NPC (National Physique Committee) show in the bikini division.
