I turn to Christa as someone who I can trust even though we live on complete opposite sides of the world and have never met in person! I found myself in a real pickle- eat eggs for health reasons or not eat eggs for ethical reasons? "Here's all you need to know: I work out with Christa at 8am on Saturdays and I swear I am actually excited to get up and go meet her every week. I had a not-great experience with a boot camp a while back because I constantly felt like I was the worst in the class, didn't know what I was doing, and couldn't keep up.
