I didn't arrive here in a straight line. And honestly, that's exactly why this work makes sense for me.

I started in performing arts,  B.A. in Theatre Arts, proud HBCU graduate of Clark Atlanta University and then moved through the corporate world before building my own health and wellness business.

At 47, I fulfilled a lifelong goal and moved abroad to Mexico City. Every one of those pivots taught me something about what it actually takes to make a big life change. Not just the strategy, but the identity shift underneath it. The willingness to let go of who you were to make room for who you're becoming and that's the work that I'm here for.

I spent nearly a decade as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and over time my sessions kept turning into something deeper. Conversations about identity, habits and the lives my clients actually wanted to be living and I stopped ignoring that pattern.

In 2021 I earned my Behavior Change Specialization through ACE, and in 2024 made the full transition to behavior change coaching because that's where the real transformation was happening all along.

I work with women in midlife who are navigating transition. Shifts in their bodies, their habits and the sense of who they are and what they're building next.

My approach lives at the intersection of physical health, daily habits, and the mindset work that makes change actually last.

A Little More Christa

She/Her

Since coaching is a relationship,  you should know a little more about who you're working with:

I grew up in the DMV (Northern VA and Silver Spring, MD). I have also called Atlanta, New York City, and Los Angeles home.

I'm deeply passionate about activism and use my platform to amplify causes and changemakers that uplift marginalized communities.

My nicknames tell you a lot about me: Brutus (big appetite, unapologetic love of food), Stah Boogie (old school hip-hop forever), and Rerun (I will watch a great show or movie on a loop with zero shame).

I love hugs, roller coasters, and I will absolutely jump in a bouncy house regardless of the occasion or my age. No apologies.
