Jumpstart Session
In this 3-hour session, we will take a look at and define your current goals and assess where you are stuck, work through barriers and blocks coming up for you and create a monthly plan to help you see your goals through to fruition. Session will be conducted virtually via Zoom.

Monthly Coaching Plans
With the monthly coaching option, it is the same offering as the Jumpstart Session with the the added benefit of ongoing weekly accountability and tools/exercises to keep you focused and on track! You can choose from a 3-month or 6-month package option. These sessions are also conducted virtually via Zoom.

Signature Goal Setting Workshop
This workshop is set-up similar to my jump start session, but it is designed for small groups. I believe there is power in numbers because it gives space to share ideas and hold space for one another as we work though the personal blocks, barriers and fears that often come up in goal setting. It also adds the extra layer of accountability which is a key component in behavior change. My style of coaching is collaborative, so this is an interactive workshop, where participants are taken through different behavior change exercises and are encouraged to share. I focus on helping participants gain clarity on goals or in the areas where they are stuck, organization of actionable steps, making goals S.M.A.R.T. and provide tools that help stave off overwhelm and uncertainty around taking action to name a few.
My workshop can also be tailor fit to suit the specific needs of your group. While my coaching emphasis is on serving women, this workshop is open to everyone. It is available to be booked virtually for small groups, but is best served in-person. Contact me to discuss bringing my workshop to your school, group or workplace.
